Notes: This is a bootleg I (the original seeder) picked up in a record shop for about $60 if memory serves correctly, and I believe it does... I remember how exciting it was to come across these in the record shops back in the day, and now I realize how ridiculous it was to have to pay ridiculous amounts of money to support these Italian bootleg companies... Ahh, life is truly a journey. Ever changing. Anyway, this is a fantastic [albiet incomplete] recording of the band's MTV unplugged gig.<-(Info taken from original info file).

The album is an incomplete recording of Duran Duran's performance at the Sony Music Studios, a former music recording and mastering facility in New York City located at 460 West 54th Street.
Created by MTV, Unplugged is a TV series showcasing musical artists usually playing acoustic instruments.

Duran Duran began their 60 minute show with "Hungry Like the Wolf", featuring Simon Le Bon singing several lines of a new lyric introduction. The band then followed with "Ordinary World", a new song from The Wedding Album which Le Bon introduced by saying "This means alot to us, about the place we inhabit, our world, the ordinary world."

Performed with a string section, the show also features acoustic versions of Duran Duran's debut single "Planet Earth" and several more songs from The Wedding Album released earlier that year. This bootleg is incomplete, missing "Skin Trade", "Notorious" and "The Chauffeur" from the setlist. The CD was released with a fold-out booklet..
